Audi A4

A4 is a very beautiful entry level sedan from Audi. The car is available in two variants. Price of the base variant, A4 Premium Plus 40 TFSI starts at Rs.54.81 Lakh and goes up to Rs.64.70 Lakh ex-showroom for the top end A4 Technology 40TFSI variant.

From the front view it is a beautiful car with long bonnet, single framed trapezoidal grille with Audi logo, LED headlamps with DRLs and fog lamps on the bumper. 

It looks elegant from sides. You can see the beautiful 17inch alloy wheels, body coloured ORVMs with turn indicators and body coloured door handles. It is a 4.76 meter sedan and its 2819mm wheelbase ensures a decent space inside the cabin.

The car looks nice and bold from rear. Beautiful LED tail lamps are well integrated. 

Audi logo, A4 and TFSI badging are provided on the tail gate. A thick bumper with reflectors and chrome elements around the dual exhausts provided are perfectly syncing with the overall look of the car from rear.

While moving into the car, you will notice a beautifully designed cabin and dash board. Although it don't have the beauty of the C- class, but is a very practical no nonsense cabin. Power adjustable front seats are provided with the A4 are very comfortable.

A 10.1inch infotainment system provided on the dashboard is very smooth.The system can support Android Auto and AppleCarplay. Reverse parking camera and Bang & Olufsen music system are integrated with this system. 

At the driver side you will get a 12.3 inch Virtual cockpit display. It is a very clear display unit. Driver can access various drive related and vehicle related information through this display.

The car is provided with a sunroof which makes the cabin more airy and so feels it more spacious.

The rear seat provided with the A4 is also a very comfortable one. An arm rest with two cup holder and a storage space to fit an i pad is provided. Leg room and headroom are sufficient. Rear A/c vents and a 12V charging sockets are provided. Although it is a five seater, the A4 is ideally good for four people as it can fit only two adults comfortably at the rear seat. The large transmission tunnel of the car makes the middle passenger difficult to sit comfortably in rear.

At the convenience front, the car is provided with bottle holders on all four doors. Wireless mobile charging pad is provided under the driver arm rest. A storage space is provided under the driver arm-rest with a 12 V charging port is really useful. Manual sun blinds are also provided for rear passengers. To entertain you in the long journeys, the A4 is provided with a premium 19 speaker Bang & Olufsen music system, which is one of the best system available in the segment.

The car comes with 1984cc turbo petrol engine which produces 188bhp power and 320NM torque.  This engine is mated with a 7 speed S-Tronic dual clutch gear box, which gives a very smooth driving experience. Also the car having a 12V mild-hybrid battery set up to ensure maximum fuel efficiency. It can sprint 0 to 100kmph in 7.2 seconds, which is quick. Moreover the car comes with a very responsive steering wheel with paddle shifters too. 

The A4 comes with Comfort, Auto, Efficiency & Dynamic drive modes. The behaviour of the car changes as per the mode selection. It feels very aggressive with the dynamic mode.

When come to the riding comfort, it comes with a very silent cabin. Body roll is very minimal in the A4. The car feels very planted even on triple digit speeds on highways. Well tuned suspension and chunky tyres helps the cabin feel minimum jerks on rough roads. It provides a comfortable riding experience.
